Senior Lectureship for Sasha Kosanic
We congratulate Sasha Kosanic (Alumna / Dept. of Biology) who has accepted a position as Senior Lecturer in Climate Change Ecology at Liverpool John Moores University, UK, at the School of Biological and Environmental Sciences.
She teaches the courses “Responding to Climate Change” (undergraduate) as well as “Sustainable and Environmental Management” (MSc. module), and is supervising both undergraduate and master's students. “In 2022, I won a Royal Geographical Grant for a project on Nature's Contributions to People in Biosphere Reserves, a study case in Germany and Slovenia”, Sasha points out. “Furthermore, I was part of an Iceland field trip and led a field trip to the Lake District in the UK. I am also the Equality, Diversity and Inclusivity (EDI) representative for the Geography Department.”
Sasha was a Bridge / Associated Fellow at the Zukunftskolleg from April 2016 until September 2018.
