Responsibilities:
- leading and supervising working groups
- Planning and carrying out maintenance measures including the supervision of third-party services
- supporting the work of the utility services
- optimising existing mechanical and technical systems
- enforcing technical guidelines during new construction and renovation work
- organising emergency services for machines and building equipment (heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration)
- developing IT-supported maintenance planning in regards to the various skilled trades required
- managing the replacement parts for the machine and building equipment services
