Responsibilities:
- planning and carrying out maintenance measures as well as supervising technical third-party services
- coordinating and supervising the specialised third-party services of contractors
- optimising the existing electrical engineering systems
- operating the central electrical supply and emergency electrical supply
- developing IT-supported maintenance planning in regards to the various skilled trades required
- participating in the planning of new electrical installations
- coordinating replacement parts for the electrical engineering section
- planning and carrying out emergency measures
