Forms
If you ask users to provide personal information in a form (print or online via a website), you have to compile specific data protection information and publish it or a corresponding hyperlink on the respective page. The general data protection information at the bottom of a web page does not fulfil the legal requirements.
Please contact Ms Anuschka Haake-Streibel if you need data protection information for your form.

Newsletters
Specific data protection information is required for newsletters, too, as subscribers also have to provide personal data. You are very welcome to use our data protection information template for newsletters you send via the university system phpList. If you send your newsletter via another system, you will need different data protection information. In this case, please contact Anuschka Haake-Streibel.
