The Mittelbauinitiative Konstanz works towards better conditions of employment for academic personnel without a professorship and the democratization of universities. In particular, we call for more permanent employment “below” the full professorship, such as exists in the UK, France, or the USA. Please have a look at the documents below for more information on our goals and organizational structure.
