Doctoral School 2025 Engaged Research Design for Sustainability
Opportunity for all early-career PhD students to participate in a collaborate programme (Blended Intensive Programme (BIP)) between University of Limerick (Ireland) and the YERUN network.
This programme offers a unique opportunity for early-stage PhD students to develop the skills, knowledge, and tools necessary to address the complex challenges facing our world today. Through an interdisciplinary, place-based learning experience, participants will gain a deeper understanding of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and how their research can contribute to addressing these pressing issues.
The aim of this training programme is to facilitate PhD students in building transdisciplinary relationships with peers and mentors, to enable collaborative learning, and the exploration of stakeholder engagement in their research. We’d greatly appreciate your support in promoting this programme within your Doctoral Schools and PhD students at the university.
The programme includes a physical component scheduled for January 19-24, 2025, at the University of Limerick, Ireland and a digital component, running over 12 weeks from 3rd February 2025 – 25th April 2025.
