Scientific as well as science supporting institutions of the University of Konstanz have to deal with a massive shortage of office space. At the moment many of them respond to this issue with homeoffice agreements and a shared desk policy. The AL-Council has charged the work group "New Work" with mapping out solutions and recommendations for the internal work organisation in the science supporting institutions of the University of Konstanz and to develop a concept for the design of digital work spaces.
