The work group for digitalisation of administrative processes accompanies the respective measurements of the excellence strategy. It serves as an exchange platform between the stakeholders involved in this measure (KIM, QM, PPO). Thus it contributes to a coordinated approach in regard to propositions and projects in connection with the digitalisation of administrative processes.
