MEiN is a mentoring programme designed to encourage female doctoral students to develop an academic career by gaining international experience. They can extend their professional network at an early stage of career by a mentoring with a renowned researcher and attend accompanying workshops. MEiN is part of the Konstanzia Programme.
The program is open to PhD students at the University of Konstanz - including women in transition.
Konstanzia MEiN contains a stay abroad with a mentor, who the mentee herself has chosen. The duration of the stay abroad might last 2 to 8 weeks and the travel expenses will be covered by the programme.
