Project with the Techniker Health Insurance
Expanding a health oriented campus culture
The University of Konstanz has started a cooperation with Techniker Health Insurance to implement a project in the field of occupational health management. The project will run until the end of 2022 and is intended to strengthen the health promotion of employees as a university strategy.
The following goals have been set
- Make health topics in the scientific field more accessible to the public
- Better address scientists with targeted health offers
- Make working conditions in the professional services more health-oriented
- Support employees in different phases of life to stay healthy or to become healthy again
- Strengthen employer branding with health management and convince researchers and employees to come to the University of Konstanz
- Anchoring occupational health management as a university strategy
