Excellence Strategy

Managing the university’s Institutional Strategy to Promote Top-Level Research and, as part of the capacity planning process, calculating admissions capacities for the study programmes are additional tasks.

The Excellence Strategy Unit is responsible for the project management of the Excellence Strategy in coordination with the Rectorate and in cooperation with the ExStra project management. The focus is on coordination, monitoring, reporting and support for the strategic development of the Excellence Strategy (EXU / EXC).
